A festival aiming to gather legends of contemporary auteur cinema and new filmmakers in one place will thrill us once again with interesting features from January 23-27.

The authentic environment designed by the renowned Serbian director Emir Kusturica where he hosts the Film and Music Festival Kustendorf is a true tourist attraction that visitors flock to for years. Kursturica welcomed great movie stars like Monica Bellucci and Johnny Depp in Drvengrad in the past while January was traditionally dedicated to young auteurs bringing a fresh atmosphere to modern film trends.

During the competition, you will be able to see movies coming from various foreign countries with the international jury deciding on this year's Kustendorf winner but the festival will once again surprise you with great accomplishments of rewarded auteurs that you can't see anywhere else in the region.

Drvengrad brings an additional feel to the festival given the ability to walk down Federico Fellini Street on one hand and watch modern cinema that will bring you back to the 21st century on the other. A small time machine in the midst of Mokra Gora nature on Mećavnik hill adorned with magical Serbian wintry landscapes!
